Maintenance

Routine maintenance

1. Operating ambient temperature range: -10ºC~60ºC;

2. Avoid wet, potentially waterlogged locations;

3. Before use, you need to check whether the output input interface of G2V charging pile is damaged or not, and only use it after everything is normal;

Charging system maintenance

1. Keep the exterior of the G2V Charging Post and the working environment in a clean, dry condition.

2. It is prohibited to use organic solvents such as banana water, petrol and alcohol to scrub the G2V charging post.

3. G2V charging pile use should try to keep the ambient temperature between -10ºC and 60ºC.

Operating instructions

Switching on and off procedures

Start-up steps

1. Connect the 380V AC input wire;
2. Switch on the device AC switch, at which point the device starts to self-test.
3. 5-10 seconds system startup is complete and the G2V charging pile enters standby mode.
4. Connect the charging gun to the electric vehicle.
5. Tap the screen according to the above instructions to enter the charging state, the charging indicator shows the operation state, and the display shows the total voltage, current, and SOC information of the current charging vehicle.
6. In case of emergency, manually switch off the emergency stop switch to stop charging.

 Shutdown procedure

1. The charging vehicle shows the end of charging (or manually switch off the start switch).
2. Disconnect the charging gun first, before turning off the AC air switch.
3. The cooling fan stops working and the power switch is turned off.
